The Wild Wild West of AI
And other news that came up this week
Dear Readers,
I know its been a few weeks since I last posted. I was working on a personal project, travelling and hoping to close out a few transactions. I am working on building out this community as a go to news source for the New York VC community, the growing intersection between AI and B2B SaaS, and tech news.
I was in SF last week meeting my friend Adam Silverman, the CEO of Agentops.ai whose company has been growing like gangbusters since his launch last fall. (I am publishing a video with him highlighting his platform in the coming weeks.)
As a New Yorker, much to my chagrin, there was energy around the SOMA area with hundreds of developers working on pushing AI capabilities. Perhaps because New York is so diffuse with different industries, you don’t notice the ambience, but in SF it is most certainly there.
Spending time with Adam and lurking on Agentops.io’s discord, shows the power of LLMs and how they can simplify tasks and how early we are in the AI development space.
I am also looking to build this out a larger community and presence. So I am going to be experiment with a few things as this iterates.
Finally, if you are interested in angel investing, I am starting my VC syndicate. Bear with me as this is a project in motion. Nonetheless, we plan do an upcoming deal shortly. For those interested in taking a look fill out the form here.
